ZW type self-priming sewage pump developed on the basis of in-depth research on domestic and foreign similar technologies, the ZW self-priming sewage pump features an innovative structure. It integrates self-priming and non-clogging sewage drainage functions, adopting axial reflux external mixing design. Thanks to the unique structure of pump casing and impeller flow passages, it requires no foot valve or priming water like conventional self-priming clean water pumps. It is capable of handling liquids containing large solid particles and long fiber impurities. Widely applied in municipal sewage projects, river and pond aquaculture, light industry, papermaking, textile, food, chemical, power industries, as well as conveying fiber, slurry and mixed suspended media, it is an ideal impurity pump.
Applications
It is suitable for urban environmental protection, construction, fire control, chemical engineering, pharmaceutical production, dyeing & printing, brewing, electric power, electroplating, papermaking, petroleum, mining, equipment cooling and oil tanker oil unloading.
It can handle clean water, seawater, acid and alkaline chemical media, as well as common pasty slurry (medium viscosity ≤ 100 cP, solid content below 30%).Equipped with a rocker spray nozzle, the pump can spray water into fine droplets, serving as an excellent tool for pesticide spraying in nurseries, orchards and tea plantations.
It can be matched with filter presses of all models and specifications, acting as an ideal supporting pump for slurry feeding and filter pressing.

Operating Conditions
1. Ambient temperature ≤ 50 ℃; Medium temperature ≤ 80 ℃, up to 200 ℃ for special applications.
2. PH value range: 6\9 for cast iron pumps, 2\13 for stainless steel pumps.
3. Medium density ≤ 1240 kg/m³.
4. Maximum self-priming height: 4.5~5.5 m; Suction pipe length ≤ 10 m.
5. Passage capacity: The diameter of suspended particles shall not exceed 60% of pump inlet diameter, and the fiber length shall not exceed 5 times of pump inlet diameter.
