ZW type self-priming sewage pump is a kind of product with novel structure, which is successfully developed on the basis of repeated research on similar technologies at home and abroad. The pump integrates self-priming and non-clogging sewage discharge. It adopts axial reflux and external mixing type. Through the unique design of pump body and impeller flow channel, it can be like a general self-priming clean water pump without installing bottom valve and irrigation and diversion, and can suck and discharge liquid containing large particles of solid and long fiber impurities. It can be widely used in municipal sewage discharge projects and pond breeding. Light industry, paper, textile, food, chemical, electrical, fiber, slurry and mixed suspension and other chemical media ideal impurity pump.
Product use
It is suitable for urban environmental protection, construction, fire protection, chemical industry, pharmacy, dye printing and dyeing, brewing, electric power, electroplating, papermaking, petroleum, mining, equipment cooling, tanker unloading, etc.
It is suitable for clear water, sea, water, chemical medium liquid with acid and alkalinity, and slurry with general paste (medium viscosity ≤ 100 centipees, solid content up to 30% or less).
The rocker-type nozzle is installed, and the water can be washed into the air and scattered into small raindrops for spraying. It is a better machine for pesticides, nurseries, orchards and tea gardens.
It can be used with any type and specification of filter press, and the slurry is sent to the filter for pressure filtration.

Conditions of use
1. Ambient temperature ≤ 50 ℃, medium temperature ≤ 80 ℃, special requirements can reach 200 ℃.
2, the medium PH value of cast iron material is 6~9, stainless steel is 2~13.
3. The medium weight shall not exceed 1240 dry grams/m3
4. The self-priming height shall not exceed the specified value of 4.5~5.5m, and the length of the suction pipe shall be ≤ 10m.
The diameter of suspended particles is 60% of the pump diameter, and the fiber length is 5 times of the pump diameter.
