    The CRE type high-temperature hot water pump is a single-stage and two-stage single-suction cantilever centrifugal pump. It is applied to special working conditions in metallurgy, power stations, chemical industry and other fields, for conveying high-pressure hot water free of solid particles at temperatures below 400℃.

    Structural Features

    This pump is mainly composed of pump casing, pump cover, impeller, shaft, bearing housing, casing support, bearing bracket, sealing components and wear rings. It features horizontal axial inlet and vertical upward outlet.

    The impeller undergoes static balance test, and is fixed on the shaft together with the shaft sleeve via an impeller nut. The pump shaft is mounted on the bearing bracket, supported by a pair of single-row angular contact ball bearings and one single-row radial ball bearing (or single-row radial cylindrical roller bearing). The pump casing, bearing housing and bearing bracket are bolted together. The pump is directly driven by a motor through a diaphragm coupling, and rotates clockwise when viewed from the drive end.

    The pump adopts floating ring seal or high temperature & high pressure resistant mechanical seal. Axial thrust is absorbed by single-row angular contact ball bearings. Some models use impellers with back blades or balance holes on the impeller to balance axial thrust. Both the floating ring seal assembly and bearing bracket are equipped with cooling chambers, with external cooling water flow rate of 0.5 ~ 1.0 m³/h.

    Main Applications

    Suitable for special working conditions in metallurgy, power stations, plastics, rubber, textile, chemical, wood processing, papermaking and other industries. It transports solid-particle-free hot water below 400℃, and is an ideal pump for circulating hot water in various heating systems.
