Working principle
JYWQ sewage pump ordinary submersible sewage pump in operation, because the sewage in the sewage pool is basically in a static state, with the continuous influx of sewage, sewage gradually deposited at the bottom of the pool, and these sediments in the normal operation of the pump alone by the suction of the inlet can not be discharged with the sewage, so the sewage in the bottom of the pool more and more, finally leading to the impact on the normal operation of the pump, the engineering unit to regularly clean the sewage pool, cause the waste of manpower and material resources.
Conditions of use
The medium temperature does not exceed 60 ℃, the medium weight is 1~1.3kg/dm3, and the PH value is within the range of 4~10.

Description of structural features
1. The unique double channel non-clogging impeller structure is adopted to improve the flow capacity and sewage discharge capacity of sewage.
2. The automatic stirring device produces a very strong stirring force, and the sediment in the pool is stirred into suspended solids and then sucked into the impeller to discharge, so as to achieve the effect of dredging.
3. The partition divides the base into two parts, and the stirring and water inflow do not affect each other.
4. The mechanical seal is a double-end mechanical seal, which is in the oil chamber for a long time to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the water pump.
5. The hydrodynamic seal of the auxiliary impeller structure has an auxiliary sealing function to protect the mechanical seal, balance the axial force, and extend the service life of the bearing.
6. There is no water leakage detection probe in the pump connection cavity. When water leakage occurs, the probe sends out a signal and the control system protects the pump. The company can configure a fully automatic safety protection control cabinet.
7. The motor stator adopts Class B and Class F insulation, and is equipped with a thermal protector. When the motor is overloaded and heats up, the protector will act in time to implement absolute protection for the pump and the motor.
8. The oil chamber is equipped with an oil-water probe. When the mechanical seal is damaged, the water enters the oil chamber, and the probe sends a signal to the control system to protect the water pump.
9. JPWQ has an internal circulating cooling system to ensure that the pump works normally at the lowest water level in the pool.
