QW type submersible sewage pump series can be put into service simply by connecting the discharge pipe, lowering the pump into the tank and switching on the power supply. Large-flow models can adopt coupling installation, which facilitates inspection and maintenance greatly. Just fix the coupling assembly at the tank bottom, then lower the pump along the guide rails. The pump will automatically connect with the discharge flange of the coupling assembly and get ready for operation. This pump is developed and upgraded repeatedly by Hunan Sanchang Pump Industry on the basis of conventional sewage pumps.

Main Applications
It is used to pump sewage and media with solid particles for chemical, petroleum, pharmaceutical, mining, papermaking, cement, steel, power and coal processing industries, as well as drainage systems of urban sewage treatment plants, municipal projects and construction sites. It is also applicable for conveying clean water and corrosive media.
Operating Conditions
1. Rated working voltage: 380 V; Power frequency: 50 Hz.
2. Medium temperature: ≤ 40 ℃; Medium density: ≤ 1150 kg/m³; PH value: 5 - 9.
3. Altitude: ≤ 1000 m.
4. Viscosity of conveyed medium: ≤ 1000 CP.
5. The pump must be fully submerged during operation, with maximum submergence depth of 10 m.
6. Main material is cast iron, so it is not suitable for strongly corrosive media.

Product Features
1. Designed with large-flow non-clogging hydraulic components for superior passage capacity. It can smoothly pass fibrous substances 5 times the pump diameter and solid particles with a diameter up to 50% of the pump diameter.
2. Optimized structure with high efficiency and remarkable energy-saving performance.
3. Equipped with dual tandem mechanical seals made of hard corrosion-resistant tungsten carbide. Featuring excellent wear resistance, the pump can operate continuously and safely for over 8,000 hours.
4. Compact structure, small footprint, easy to move and install. No pump house is required, which reduces construction costs.
5. An oil-water probe is installed in the oil chamber to provide comprehensive protection for the pump.
6. Optional fully automatic safety control cabinet monitors water leakage, electric leakage, overload and over temperature, ensuring reliable and safe operation.
7. Equipped with float switch to automatically start and stop the pump according to water level changes, realizing unattended operation.
8. The motor can be fitted with jacket-type external circulating cooling system, enabling safe dry-run operation.
9. Dual-rail automatic coupling installation system simplifies installation and maintenance, and workers do not need to enter the sewage pit.
10. Two installation types are available: fixed automatic coupling installation and mobile free installation, to suit various working conditions.
