Mobile emergency drainage pump set consists of a diesel engine and a high-pressure multistage centrifugal pump. It is a horizontal, single-suction and multistage centrifugal pump. Featuring high efficiency, wide performance range, stable and safe operation, low noise, long service life and easy installation & maintenance, it is designed to deliver clean water and other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to water.By replacing the wetted parts, adjusting sealing types and adding a cooling system, it can also handle hot water, oil, corrosive media and liquids containing abrasive particles. The axial force is balanced by a balance disc. The shaft seal adopts packing seal as standard, and mechanical seal is available upon request. This product complies with the standard JB/T1051-93 Multistage Clean Water Centrifugal Pumps – Types and Basic Parameters.
Application Scope
This mobile emergency drainage pump set is widely used for field drainage, emergency drainage, as well as emergency water supply for high-rise buildings, water supply companies, steel plants, breweries, chemical plants, hotels, hospitals and other large-scale projects. It is also applicable to unattended emergency boiler feed water systems.
The product boasts advanced technology, high automation, superior performance, complete protection functions, reasonable structure, simple installation and high cost performance. Control cabinets, four-wheel trolleys, rain covers and other accessories can be optionally equipped according to actual demands.

Operating status display: Standby, startup, fuel supply, ignition, startup delay, idling delay, normal operation, cooling shutdown and emergency shutdown.
Operating parameter display: Pump speed, pump head, cooling temperature, lubricating oil pressure, pump flow rate, operating hours, fuel level, starting battery voltage and other data.
Protection functions:Pre-alarms for overspeed, underspeed, low oil pressure, high cooling temperature, low ambient temperature (below 4℃), low fuel level, low/high battery voltage, uncalibrated speed signal, excessively low water pressure and over flow.
Automatic alarms for no speed signal, overspeed, underspeed, low oil pressure, high cooling temperature, startup failure, shutdown failure, open/short circuit of oil pressure sensor, water temperature sensor and speed sensor, excessively low water pressure and over flow.
- Adopts domestically original mechatronic design. Users only need to connect inlet/outlet pipes and exhaust pipes to put the unit into operation.
- Equipped with communication interface, which can be connected to the control center to realize four remote functions (remote regulation, remote signalling, remote monitoring and remote control), as well as operating record keeping.
Working Principle
The diesel engine drives the impeller to rotate via the pump shaft and generates centrifugal force. Under the effect of centrifugal force, liquid flows along the blade passages to the impeller outlet, then is collected by the volute and delivered to the discharge pipe. The liquid gains pressure energy and velocity energy from the impeller for transportation.
Meanwhile, a low-pressure zone is formed at the center of the impeller inlet. The pressure difference drives liquid from the liquid tank to continuously flow through the suction pipeline and pump suction chamber into the impeller.
