    R-type hot water circulating pump is a single-stage single-suction and two-stage single-suction cantilever centrifugal pump, suitable for metallurgy, power station, chemical industry and other departments, used for conveying high-pressure hot water without solid particles below 250 ℃. The temperature of the delivered hot water is 250 ℃, and the pump inlet pressure is 5MPa; the hot water temperature is not higher than 250 ℃, and the pump inlet pressure should not be greater than 3MPa.

    Structural features

    It is mainly composed of pump body, impeller, shaft, cooling chamber, pump body bracket, suspension, sealing parts, sealing ring, etc. The pump inlet is horizontal and axial. The outlet is vertically upward. After static balance check, the impeller is fixed on the shaft with impeller nut and shaft sleeve. The pump shaft is supported on the suspension by a pair of single-row centripetal thrust ball bearings and a single-row centripetal ball bearing (or single-row centripetal cylindrical bearing). The pump body is connected with the cooling chamber and the suspension bolt. The pump is directly driven by the motor through an elastic coupling. Seen from the transmission end, the pump rotates clockwise direction. The seal of the pump is sealed by floating seal ring or high temperature and high pressure resistant mechanical seal. The axial force of the pump is borne by a single row centripetal thrust ball bearing, and some pumps use an impeller with back blades to balance the axial thrust. Both the floating ring seal parts and the suspension parts are provided with cooling chambers, and the external cooling water volume is 0.3-O.6m3/h.

    Main use

    Suitable for metallurgy, power station, plastic, rubber, textile, chemical, wood and paper and other departments. Conveying hot water without solid particles at a temperature below 250 ℃. It is also an ideal pump for conveying circulating hot water in various heating devices.

    Packing seal or mechanical seal, according to user needs, can be matched heat exchanger.

    According to different pressures, the materials of the main parts are: Class I: QT500-7; Class II: ZG230-450; Class III: ZG3Cr13
