    Product Description

    HW type mixed flow pump is horizontal mixed flow pump. It is suitable for conveying clear water and river water, and the water temperature to be conveyed is not higher than 50 ℃.     Product overview

    The flow and head of HW mixed flow pump is between centrifugal pump and axial flow pump. Small shape, light weight, simple structure, easy to use and easy to maintain. The conveying medium is clear water or similar to clear water, which is suitable for farmland irrigation and industrial water supply and drainage.

  • 1. Commissioning

    After the installation of the mixed-flow pump is completed, it needs to be tested to check the steering of the pump and eliminate the problems in the installation.

    2. Driving sequence

    (1) Close the outlet gate valve and stop valve.

    (2) Add water diversion: add water from the screw hole at the top of the pump body, or open the check valve to make the water in the outlet pool pour back into the water, or connect the vacuum pump to pump the water (when the vacuum pump draws out the air in the pump and draws out the water, the water pump can be started and stopped).

    (3) When the power machine reaches the normal transfer, open the gate valve, and then adjust the tightness of the packing. If the operation of the pump and bearing temperature is normal, and the vibration is slight, it can continue to run (use the check valve, the valve cover should be lifted after the water is discharged to reduce the resistance).

    3. Use and maintenance

    (1) When the bearing is lubricated with thin oil, the oil post of the bearing body should be checked and controlled frequently between the two marking lines; when the bearing is lubricated with grease, the oil should be replenished regularly. For the 100 ~ 350HW pump, remove the front cover and rear cover to supplement, and for the 400 ~ 650HW pump, it can be supplemented by the oil cup.

    (2) Always check the temperature rise of the bearing. Generally not higher than the ambient temperature of 40 ℃,* * * high temperature shall not exceed 80 ℃.

    (3) Pay attention to whether there is friction and impact sound when the pump is running. If the pump cover and the impeller friction, can increase the paper pad between the pump cover and the pump body. Actual use gap 0.3~0.7mm.
     
    (4) The adjustment of the packing must be appropriate, and the liquid should leak out of the packing gland in drops. If the packing is too tight, the shaft will heat up and increase power; if the packing is too loose, the liquid leaks too much and the efficiency is reduced.
     
    (5) If the motor is directly connected to the pump, the axis of the two shafts should be in a straight line.
     
    (6) Check the water inlet pipeline for air leakage.
     
    (7) Pay attention to whether the power suddenly increases or decreases, and whether the flow suddenly decreases. If so, stop and eliminate.
     
    (8) Always check whether the bolts are loose due to vibration.
     
    (9) In winter, the water in the pump and pipeline should be discharged after shutdown.
     
    (10) the initial use of the pump 200 hours or six months later, should be replaced with lubricating oil (grease). Change the oil every 1000 hours or one year later.
     
    (11) After the pump has worked for 3000 hours or three years, it should be disassembled for inspection and maintenance.
     
    (12) For the long-term suspension of the pump, the operating part should be removed, for rust-proof treatment and safekeeping.

  • 1. The transmission shaft or motor bearing is overheated

    The main cause of overheating of the mixed-flow pump drive shaft or motor bearing should be the lack of lubricating oil or bearing rupture. As long as we add lubricating oil or replace the bearing method can solve this fault.

    2 without water.

    The main reasons for the mixed flow pump not to produce water are: the pump body and suction pipe are not filled with water, the dynamic water level is lower than the water pump filter pipe, and the suction pipe is broken.
    We can fill the diversion water by eliminating the fault of the bottom valve. Lower the installation position of the water pump so that the filter pipe is below the dynamic water level, or the filter pipe is pumped again when the dynamic water level rises. Repair or replace the suction pipe to solve the problem that the mixed flow pump does not produce water.

    3. Excessive power consumption

    The main reasons for the excessive power consumption of the mixed-flow pump are: the pump speed is too high, the pump spindle is bent, or the pump spindle is not concentric or parallel to the motor spindle, the pump head is not suitable, the pump sucks in sediment or has blockages, and the motor Ball bearing damage, etc.

    The main reasons for the violent vibration or noise of the pump body of the mixed-flow pump are: the installation of the water pump is not firm or the installation of the water pump is too high, the ball bearing of the motor is damaged, the main shaft of the water pump is bent or is not concentric or parallel to the main shaft of the motor.

    The problem of severe vibration or noise of the pump body can be solved by: installing a stable water pump or reducing the installation height of the water pump; replacing the motor ball bearing; correcting the bent water pump spindle or adjusting the relative position of the water pump and the motor.

    4. Insufficient flow

    The main reasons for the insufficient mixed flow are: the insufficient flow of the water pump is mostly caused by the leakage of the suction pipe and the leakage of the bottom valve; The water inlet is blocked; The depth of the bottom valve is insufficient; The speed of the water pump is too low; The sealing ring or impeller is worn too much; The water absorption height exceeds the standard, etc.

    It can be done by: checking the suction pipe and bottom valve of mixed flow pump to block the leakage air source; Clean up sludge or blockage at the inlet of mixed flow pump; The water inlet depth of the bottom valve must be greater than 1.5 times of the diameter of the water inlet pipe, and the water inlet depth of the bottom valve should be increased. Check the power supply voltage, increase the pump speed, and replace the sealing ring or impeller. Reduce the installation position of the pump or replace the high lift mixed flow pump to solve the problem.
