Dismantling Precautions of Vertical Multistage Pump

1. Disassemble the vertical multi-stage pump before the medium in the pump discharge clean. If there is corrosive medium inside, clean it with clean water after discharge.

2. Disassembled parts should be handled with care, not bumping, not falling, not landing.

3. Do not loosen the anchor bolts of the motor to avoid affecting the correction of the vertical multi-stage pump during installation.

Disassembly of vertical multistage pump

1. Remove the bearing body. Remove the front and rear bearing attaching bolts. Pull out the bearing shell or bearing together with the bearing carrier in the axial direction.

2. Remove the shaft seal. Unscrew the gland and the connecting nut of Dalian multistage pump body first, pull out the packing gland along the axial direction, and then take out all the packing.

3. Remove the balance unit. Unscrew the connecting nut between the tail cap and the tail end and remove the tail cap.

5. Remove the centrifugal pump impeller. Tap around the impeller with a tool to loosen it and remove it.
