To operate the stainless steel multistage pump correctly, the following are some important steps and precautions:

Selection of installation position of water pump
(1) Under the condition of ensuring safety, the installation location of the water pump is as close as possible to the water source and steep slope to shorten the length of the water inlet and outlet pipes, reduce unnecessary bends and joints, and reduce the possibility of air leakage and head loss.
(2) The vertical height of the pump from the river surface or the water surface of the intake pool must be less than the allowable maximum suction head of the pump at the lowest water level, and the unit shall not be submerged in the flood season.
(3) The foundation for installing the water pump should be firm and dry, so as to prevent the water pump from sinking and the motor from being affected with damp due to vibration during operation.
(4) The place where the water pump is installed should have enough work space for disassembly and maintenance.
Installation of water pump and power machine
(1) When the water pump is directly connected with the power machine, the integral base must be used, and the base should be flat.
(2) the use of coupling directly connected to the unit, the pump and power machine shaft must be concentric, in order to prevent damage to the parts due to vibration.
(3) When using belt drive, the center distance between the two pulleys is generally not less than 2m, the tight edge of the belt should be lower, and the loose edge should be upper.
First of all, before using the stainless steel multi-stage pump, ensure that the installation position of the pump equipment is suitable and stable, and the inlet and outlet of the pump should be closely connected with the pipeline. Check whether the power supply is normal and ensure that the power supply voltage matches the voltage required by the pump equipment.
Secondly, open the water inlet valve to allow the water flow to enter the pump body smoothly. Before starting, the air in the pump should be completely removed to avoid the influence of air resistance on the pump. The corresponding exhaust operation can be carried out through the exhaust valve on the pump body.
Next, start the power supply and turn on the power switch of the pump device. Observe the operating state of the pump body to ensure that the rotation direction of the rotor is consistent with the direction indicated by the arrow. If the direction is opposite, the power supply should be cut off and the connection of the power phase line should be adjusted in time.
When the pump equipment is running normally, gradually open the outlet valve and gradually increase the outlet flow. When adjusting the water flow, it should be reasonably adjusted according to the actual demand and the rated parameters of the pump to avoid overload work.
If you need to stop the operation of the stainless steel multi-stage pump, first gradually close the water valve to reduce the water flow. Then, the power switch is turned off to cut off the power supply. Finally, the water inlet valve is closed to stop the water supply.
In addition, it is necessary to regularly check the working status of the stainless steel multi-stage pump, and you can check whether the pump body has abnormal sound, leakage or vibration. Find the problem in time and repair or replace the parts to ensure the normal operation of the pump equipment.
