On August 11, the final of the 6th Yuhua District Industrial Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition in 2023 (Chuangke China Yuhua Sub-competition) was successfully concluded. After audition, 19 projects were finally shortlisted for the final. Our company participated in the 6th Yuhua District Industrial Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition in 2023 "Chuangke China" with the name of "Research and Development and Production of Wear-resistant and Corrosion-resistant Centrifugal Pump".

1. Project Introduction

The technical development of this project is organized and implemented by the company itself, taking the technical department as the center and the technical personnel as the research team members.

Pump material selection considerations are: strength, corrosion, wear-resistant grain wear, production and machining performance, maintenance performance, cost, etc. Commonly used pump materials are cast iron, cast steel, stainless steel, carbon structural steel, alloy steel, brass, non-metallic materials. However, the surface hardness of most materials is not enough, and the material strength is not high enough, especially the shear strength is low, and the wear resistance and sand resistance need to be improved.

The wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant composite material obtained by the invention has high wear resistance, excellent corrosion resistance and appropriate elastic modulus, which is superior to metal materials such as brass and carbon steel, and can be used to produce products by injection molding process, and can be used to produce wear-resistant, sand-resistant and corrosion-resistant products, such as guide vane sleeves, sealing rings, shaft sleeves and other main parts.

For our company, this competition is an important channel to show the R & D and production projects of our wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant centrifugal pumps, and it is also an important opportunity to promote the better development of our projects.

The competition is guided by the Hunan Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology and the Changsha Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, hosted by the People's Government of Yuhua District, Changsha City, Yuhua District Industry and Information Technology Bureau of Changsha City, Yuhua District Finance Bureau of Changsha City, Changsha City The public service platform for small and medium-sized enterprises in Yuhua District is co-hosted.
