1, Supporting power motor overheating
There are four reasons. One is the reason for the power supply: the voltage is too high or too low. Under a specific load, if the voltage variation range should be outside + 10% to-5% of the rated value, the motor will overheat. The three-phase voltage of the power supply is asymmetric, and the imbalance between the three-phase voltages of the power supply exceeds 5%, which will lead to overheating of the winding. Phase-missing operation, experience indicates that more than 85% of the agricultural motors are burned due to phase-missing, the motor device should be installed for maintenance of phase loss. The second is the reason for the water pump: the power is not matched, the small horse-drawn cart is selected, and the motor is overloaded for a long time, which makes the temperature of the motor too high; Motors that start too frequently and are rated for short-term or intermittent work continuously. The number of start-ups shall be limited, thermal maintenance shall be selected correctly, and the application shall be based on the quota calibrated on the motor. The third is the cause of the motor itself: wrong connection, wrong connection of △ shape into Y shape, causing the temperature of the motor to rise rapidly; The stator winding has inter-phase short circuit, inter-turn short circuit or partial grounding, the motor is partially overheated in mild cases, and the insulation is burned out in severe cases. The squirrel cage rotor has broken bars or defects. The temperature of the iron core rises rapidly after the motor runs for 1 to 2 hours. The ventilation system has faults, whether the rotation direction is correct and whether the ventilation hole channel can be blocked; Bearing wear and the eccentric sweeping of the rotor make the stator and rotor rub against each other and make metal impact sound. The temperature of the iron core rises rapidly. In severe cases, the motor emits smoke and the coil burns down. Four is the reason for the working environment: the motor winding is damp or dust, oil and other attached to the winding, resulting in reduced insulation. Should measure the insulation resistance of the motor and stop cleaning, boring disposal; environmental temperature is too high. When the ambient temperature exceeds 35 ℃, the inlet air temperature is high, which will make the temperature of the motor too high, and the working environment should be improved. Such as building a shed to shade the sun, etc. Note: Due to electrical problems, electricians who have obtained professional qualification certificates should be invited to repair them. People with good knowledge cannot repair them consciously to avoid personal injury accidents.
2, deep well submersible pump is not water or water volume is small
First of all, look at the current difference between the current war and the normal operation of the water pump at this time. If it is smaller than the usual operation time (basically 2\3 of the usual current), then there will be problems such as impeller wear and non-return valve infarction on the pump head. If the current is the same during the war, it is the problem of pipe gasket leakage, pipe leakage, pump body leakage, etc. If the time-division current is larger than the normal operation, it is basically a problem of wear and tear. In addition, if the cable is damaged, the amount of water is as large as usual, but the current will become larger. 3 380V motor current is 2.2A.
3. Lack of flow
This is due to: the power speed is not matched or the belt slips, so that the speed is low; Axial flow pump blade device angle is too small; Lack of lift, pipeline is too long or pipeline has a right angle bend; High suction; Bottom valve, pipeline and impeller partial infarction or impeller defect; Water outlet pipe leaks seriously. Removal methods: restore the rated speed, remove the belt grease, and adjust the belt tightness; Adjust the blade angle, reduce the position of the water pump device, shorten the curvature of the pipeline or change the pipeline; Seal the leakage of the water pump and compress the packing; Eliminate the infarction and replace the impeller; Change the leakage reduction ring to prevent the leakage.
4, can not suck water
The reason is that there is air in the pump body or air accumulation in the inlet pipe, or the bottom valve is not closed tightly, the water diversion is not satisfied, the vacuum pump packing is seriously leaking, and the gate valve or clap door is not closed tightly. Sweeping method: first put the water pressure up, then fill the pump body with water, and then start the machine. At the same time, check whether the check valve is tight and whether there is air leakage in the pipeline and joint. If air leakage is found, apply smooth oil or mixed paint on the joint after disassembly and tighten the screw. Check the oil seal ring of the water pump shaft. If it is seriously worn, replace it with a new one. Water or air leakage in pipeline. It is possible that the nut was not tightened when the device was installed. If the leakage is not serious, cement can be applied in the middle/center of air leakage or water leakage, or cement slurry mixed with asphalt oil can be applied. Temporary repairs can be made with some wet mud or soft soap. If there is water leakage at the joint, the nut can be tightened with a wrench. If there is serious water leakage, it needs to be disassembled and reinstalled to replace the cracked pipe. Lower the lift and press the nozzle of the water pump into 0.5m underwater.
5, violent vibration
There are mainly the following reasons: the electric rotor is not balanced; the coupling is not well separated; the bearing is worn and bent; the rotating parts are loose and break; the pipeline bracket is not firm and so on. Can be taken to adjust, repair, reinforcement, straightening, change and other methods of disposal. The above situation is the common cause of the formation of water pump problems, not all the reasons, the theory of disposal of problems, due to practical analysis, should follow the principle of first outside and then inside, do not consciously operate.
6. Heating of water pump
Reason: bearing damage; Rolling bearing or bracket cover clearance is too small; The pump shaft is bent or the two shafts are not concentric; The tape is too tight; Lack of oil or poor oil quality; The balance hole on the impeller is blocked, the impeller loses balance, and the thrust to one side is enlarged. Cleaning method: replace the bearing; Remove the rear cover and install a gasket between the bracket and the bearing seat; Investigate the concentricity of the pump shaft or adjust the concentricity of the two shafts; Properly adjust the tightness of the loose tape; Add clean butter, which accounts for about 60% of the gap in the bearing; Eliminate the infarction in the balance hole.
7 cannot be started.
First of all, check the power supply condition: whether the joint connection is reliable; Whether the switch contact is tight; Whether the fuse can be blown; Whether the three-phase power supply can lack phase, etc. If there is open circuit, poor contact, fuse blowing, lack of phase, should find out the reason and stop repair in time. Pump shaft, bearing and leakage reduction ring are rusted. The pump shaft is severely bent, etc. Cleaning methods: loosen the filler and dredge the water channel; Disassemble the pump body to eliminate debris and remove rust; Remove the pump shaft for correction or replace it with a new pump shaft.
