The correct purchase of the water pump also requires the correct use of the water pump. The use of the water pump must not be sloppy. Every sloppy water pump may cause considerable damage to the pump. This not only affects the working efficiency of the pump, but also affects the service life of the pump. The use of the pump is divided into three stages, namely, the preparation before starting, the inspection at the time of starting, and the maintenance after stopping. Each stage must be strictly controlled, so as to ensure the long-term stable operation of the pump.

1. considerations

(1) The centrifugal pump is not allowed to run idle without liquid under any circumstances to avoid damage to the parts.

(2) After the centrifugal pump is started, long-term operation is not allowed when the outlet valve is not opened.

(3) Under normal circumstances, the centrifugal pump is not allowed to use the inlet valve to adjust the flow to avoid evacuation, and the outlet valve should be used to adjust.

(4) The minimum flow rate for centrifugal pump operation shall not be less than 1/3 of the rated flow rate.

(5) For high-pressure centrifugal pumps with large outlet pressure difference, a flow limiting orifice plate corresponding to the rated flow rate should be set on the outlet flow pipe to prevent overload adjustment.

Preparation before 2. start-up

(1) carefully check whether the inlet and outlet pipelines, valves, flanges and pressure gauge joints of the pump are installed safely, meet the requirements, whether the process is correct, and whether the anchor bolts and other connecting parts are loose.

(2) Add lubricating oil to the bearing box, and the oil level is at the 2/3 of the bearing box level gauge.

(3) Check whether the rotor is easy and flexible, and check whether there is metal impact or friction sound in the pump body.

(4) Install the protective cover of the backrest wheel, and it is strictly prohibited to contact the protective cover with the backrest wheel.

(5) Clean up the pump body base and do a good job in sanitation.

(6) Open the inlet valve to fill the pump body with liquid, open the vent valve, and close the air after draining it.

3. operation

1. First, open the inlet valve and close the outlet valve.

2. Turn on the power to start the three-phase motor.

3. Open the outlet valve after stable operation, and check whether there are any abnormal values in each meter.

4. Check the temperature change, the temperature of the medium, the temperature of the pump body (bearing temperature), and the temperature of the motor.

4. shutdown inspection

1, the medium temperature should be controlled below 70 degrees Celsius to be able to stop.

2. Close the outlet valve, and then close each meter.

3. Second, cut off the power supply.

4. Finally close the inlet valve

5. Check whether the liquid in the pump is discharged. If there is liquid, the pump is easy to be damaged by low temperature freezing.
