Job Responsibilities:

1. Formulate brand strategies based on the company's strategic and business development goals, plan brand positioning and brand tone.

2. Organize brand manuals and promotional materials, plan brand promotion ideas, enhance brand health, and maintain brand image.

3. Plan annual brand communication promotion programs, integrate marketing plans, promote execution, and complete relevant data summaries.

4. Monitor and track data of market promotion channels, analyze promotion data.

5. Coordinate the theme planning, program design, and content integration of various activities.

2. Product Process Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

1. Formulate and optimize production process flows: Based on product design requirements and the characteristics of production equipment, formulate reasonable production process flows and optimize them to improve production efficiency and product quality. Undertake the drafting and revision of process technology management systems, organize process management, and supervise discipline execution.

2. Design process equipment and tools: Based on product characteristics and production needs, design and select appropriate process equipment and tools to ensure smooth production.

3. Solve technical problems in the production process: Including production equipment failures, abnormal process flows, etc., to ensure production progress and product quality.

4. Go deep into the production site, guide and supervise frontline production in the workshop, provide necessary technical support to production personnel, solve technical problems encountered during production, and provide relevant training and guidance.

5. Carry out process improvement and innovation: Based on market demand and technological development trends, carry out process improvement and innovation to improve production efficiency and product quality, and reduce costs.

6. Responsible for the preparation, implementation, and supervision of product production process plans, including preparing product process documents and reports, formulating material consumption process quotas (including process flow charts, process parameter tables, process improvement plans, etc.) for monitoring and management of the production process.

7. Responsible for the verification and improvement of process equipment, organize the improvement of production process for mature products, and promptly solve process technical problems in production.

8. Pay attention to the implementation progress of various production plans for new products, improve product qualification rates and quality levels, promptly eliminate various process problems affecting quality, complete the process evaluation of new product designs, and participate in their production and testing verification.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical design and manufacturing, electromechanical process engineering, mechanical engineering, materials science and engineering, or related majors.

2. More than 2 years of work experience in related positions, with experience in mechanical equipment production, molds, and fixture process work, familiar with the design and selection of process equipment and tools, and possessing good process analysis and problem-solving abilities preferred.

3. Familiar with the production process of mechanical parts, able to prepare process documents, and have a basic understanding of process flow design principles and methods, as well as knowledge of product design and production management preferred.

4. Proficient in using CAD, Proe, and other drawing software.

5. Experience in the multi-stage pump industry with familiarity with relevant industry process flows and technical standards is preferred.

3. QM Quality Administrator

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the construction and organization of the quality management system, including formulating quality management policies, establishing quality objectives, and promoting the implementation of quality strategies, quality management policies, and ISO quality management systems, planning and formulating the company's annual quality control work plan, quality management policies, and incentive evaluation systems, setting quality management objectives for each product at all levels, and ensuring the achievement of quality objectives.

2. Responsible for the quality management of the entire product lifecycle, promoting and executing corresponding quality requirements for sales, ensuring that product introduction meets quality standards and planning requirements.

3. Responsible for the maintenance, certification, and improvement of the company's IS09001, IS014001, IATF16949, IS045001 management systems, ensuring that quality management meets the requirements of the system standards, the effective operation of the quality system, and enhancing customer satisfaction and business performance.

4. Promote the implementation of various functions of the quality system (including but not limited to customer complaints, system, supplier quality), establish a quality information transmission mechanism, and ensure effective transmission and communication of quality information throughout the value chain.

5. Supervise and control the quality of on-site products, using statistical tools for analysis. Responsible for handling product quality issues and conducting internal and external communication and coordination.

6. Responsible for the collection, analysis, summary, transmission, feedback, and handling of important quality information, collecting relevant quality information, customer demands for product quality, and improvement suggestions, leading timely communication with relevant departments, and making corrective and improvement measures.

7. Participate in the formulation of product quality plans, participate in product audits and process audits. Responsible for formulating quality improvement plans and guiding and supervising various departments in their execution. Responsible for supplier quality management, organizing quality-related training, and formulating the "Quality Manual" to involve the entire company and all employees in quality management.

8. Participate in the handling of major quality risks and quality incidents. Responsible for the investigation, handling, and reporting of quality inquiries, quality incidents, and quality complaints.

9. Assist in procurement affairs to ensure that the quality of purchased products meets requirements.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in science and engineering.

2. More than 5 years of experience in quality management, with experience related to pump quality.

3. Familiar with ISO systems, qualified as an internal auditor for quality systems; able to independently coordinate the establishment, implementation, and maintenance of systems.

4. Familiar with the application of various quality tools such as 8D and QC seven basic tools, and able to solve practical problems.

5. Proficient in using office software, with good communication and coordination skills, and management abilities.

6. Possess a high sense of responsibility and can effectively achieve the company's product quality control goals.

7. Experience in multi-stage pump quality management is preferred.
