Maintenance of 1. centrifugal pump

① Tour check the quality of lubricating oil, found that the emulsification deterioration, should be replaced immediately; the initial stage of the new pump operation, lubricating oil is easy to become dirty, the general operation of three months to replace, or according to the manufacturer's maintenance manual.

In winter, the cooling water of the pump should be kept flowing or emptied to prevent the pump from freezing.

③ The standby pump shall be turned on time. The cold pump is turned once a day at an angle of 180 ° each time; the heat pump is turned once every 30min within 1h after shutdown, and 180 ° every 8h thereafter.

④ The standby pump shall be operated periodically for a short time, or switched.

⑤ The pump should not operate continuously under the working condition of less than 30% of the calibrated flow. If it must be operated under this working condition, the bypass pipeline should be connected to the pump outlet to meet the requirements of the working condition.

Switching operation of 2. centrifugal pump

① According to the start-up procedure, conduct a comprehensive inspection of the standby pump and make preparations before starting.

② Start the standby pump. After the rated speed and pressure are stable (the time cannot exceed 3min), slowly open the outlet valve of the standby pump and adjust the flow rate through the regulating valve. After the values of the pump pressure gauge and ammeter are within the specified range and stable, gradually close the outlet valve of the original operating pump to keep the flow rate of the outlet main pipe stable as much as possible. It is strictly prohibited to evacuate and grab the volume.

③ After the standby pump operates normally, close the outlet valve of the original operating pump and stop the pump according to the normal pump stop procedure. ④ After the normal operation of the standby pump, the patrol inspection shall be carried out according to the operation monitoring requirements of the centrifugal pump.

Shutdown of 3. centrifugal pump

① Contact the master control unit to prepare for shutdown.

Close the outlet valve of the pump, turn the motor switch button to the "О" position, and observe the uniform deceleration and shutdown of the pump.

After the pump is shut down, the following three operations shall be carried out as required to keep the pump in standby, long-term shutdown and maintenance state:

a. If it is used as a standby pump after shutdown, the inlet valve should be fully opened, the cooling water should keep circulating, and the sealing liquid valve should be closed.

B. If the pump is not used for a long time, close the inlet valve and pressure gauge valve of the pump. After the bearing temperature drops to normal, cut off the cooling water and sealing fluid.

c. If the pump body needs maintenance, close the inlet valve, open the pump body discharge valve and its self-sealing discharge valve, drain the liquid, then close the cooling water, and notify the electrical to cut off the power supply, and clean and replace the pump body.

Stop operation of 4. centrifugal pump

① Gradually close the outlet valve of the pump.

② Block the power supply of the motor.

③ Close the pressure gauge hand valve.

④ After parking, the cooling water cannot be stopped immediately, and the water can be stopped only when the temperature of the pump drops below 80 ℃.

⑥ Close the inlet valve and vent the pump body as required.
