Product Description
Mobile high-flow drainage pump truck integrates self-priming and sewage drainage functions. Similar to conventional self-priming clean water pumps, it requires no foot valve installation or priming water filling. It can pump sewage, sediments, mine waste, fecal sewage, various industrial wastewater and colloidal liquids. The pump is capable of handling solid particles with a diameter up to 60% of the outlet bore and fibrous substances with a length up to 1.5 times the impeller diameter. It greatly reduces labor intensity and features easy installation, operation and maintenance.
Product Overview
Developed on the basis of in-depth research on domestic and overseas similar technologies, this mobile high-flow drainage pump truck boasts an innovative structure. It combines self-priming and non-clogging sewage drainage, adopting the axial backflow external mixing design. Thanks to the unique design of pump casing and impeller flow passages, it works without foot valves or priming water. It is applicable for liquids containing large solid particles and long fiber impurities. It serves as an ideal impurity pump for municipal sewage projects, river & pond aquaculture, light industry, papermaking, textile, food, chemical, power industry, as well as conveying fiber, slurry and mixed suspended media.
Applications
It is widely used in urban environmental protection, construction, fire fighting, chemical industry, pharmacy, dyeing & printing, brewing, electric power, electroplating, papermaking, petroleum, mining, equipment cooling and oil tanker unloading.
It is suitable for clean water, seawater, acid and alkaline chemical liquids, and common pasty slurries (medium viscosity ≤ 100 cP, solid content ≤ 30%).
Equipped with a rocker spray nozzle, it can spray water into fine droplets, making it an ideal tool for pesticide spraying in nurseries, orchards and tea plantations.
It can be matched with filter presses of all models and specifications, and is the optimal supporting pump for slurry feeding and filter pressing.

Operating Conditions
1. Ambient temperature: ≤ 50 ℃; Medium temperature: ≤ 80 ℃, up to 200 ℃ for special requirements.
2. Medium pH value: 6 ~ 9 for cast iron pumps; 2 ~ 13 for stainless steel pumps.
3. Medium density: ≤ 1240 kg/m³.
4. Self-priming height: 4.5 ~ 5.5 m; Suction pipe length: ≤ 10 m.
5. Passage capacity: The diameter of suspended particles shall not exceed 60% of pump bore; fiber length shall not exceed 5 times of pump bore.
