High-speed Axial Flow Pump with Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor is one of our utility model patents, among a total of 20 utility model patents for permanent magnet synchronous motor driven pumps, including the patented invention of High-speed Deep Well Pump.The permanent magnet synchronous axial flow pump features high efficiency, light weight and compact size — its weight is only one quarter of that of conventional axial flow pumps. It also delivers large flow capacity and is easy to move. Equipped with hoses and quick flange couplings, it is ideal for flood drainage and emergency rescue, water pumping in subways, bridges and culverts, drainage for basements and parking lots, and other scenarios requiring flexible mobility. It is especially suitable for manual water drainage & irrigation or drainage via small vehicles.
This pump is integrated with automatic protection functions against overvoltage, overcurrent and phase loss. It will shut down automatically within one minute after pumping is finished, effectively protecting the motor winding from burnout. It is an intelligent axial flow pump.
Pump Unit
Our axial flow pump adopts a permanent magnet synchronous motor, belonging to our self-developed permanent magnet synchronous motor pump series. The impellers and flow passages of this high-efficiency axial flow pump are professionally designed by experts from hydraulic research institutes, delivering superior performance.
As one of our patented products supported by invention and utility model patents, the unit achieves an efficiency of up to 60%, ranking top in the industry and nearly 20% higher than many similar mainstream products. Third-party test reports issued by provincial and ministerial-level institutions are available.

The pump is equipped with automatic protection against overheating, overcurrent and overload to prevent damage to motor windings. The impellers are precision cast from stainless steel, and the pump shaft is also made of stainless steel. The main body and pump casing are available in two material options: aluminum alloy and stainless steel. Cable terminals are protected by rubber sheaths and outer stainless steel springs for safe and reliable operation.The 8-inch water outlet interface uses the DN200mm 8-inch quick interface, the 10-inch water outlet interface uses the DN250mm 10-inch quick interface, and the 12-inch water outlet interface uses the DN300mm 12-inch quick interface, with buckle clamp, which is convenient to remove the external water belt. The cable comes standard with 20 meters and can be customized and lengthened.
Control System
The pump is equipped with a frequency converter, which displays frequency, voltage and current in real time. It supports automatic protection against overheating, overcurrent and overload, as well as automatic shutdown when running dry.
Optional remote control is available via 3G/4G network. Users can monitor data, start/stop the pump and adjust operating speed remotely through computers and mobile phones. Extra fees apply for the remote control configuration.
Control cabinets are available in one-drive-two and single-pump types, with protection grades of IP44 or IP54 for selection. Waterproof three-phase four-wire plugs and sockets are adopted as standard configuration to ensure operational safety and reliability.
For fixed drainage applications such as bridges, culverts, basements and parking lots, the system supports automatic operation. It will start automatically when the water level reaches the preset height, and switch to standby mode or shut down when the water level drops below the pump inlet.
