Product Description
The CZ type standard chemical process pump is a horizontal, single-stage and single-suction centrifugal pump. Its dimensions and performance comply with DIN24256 and ISO2858 standards. The performance range of CZ series covers all parameters of IH series standard chemical pumps, with higher efficiency and better cavitation resistance. It is fully interchangeable with IH pumps on a single-unit basis.
Main Applications
It is used for conveying low-temperature or high-temperature liquids, neutral or corrosive liquids, as well as clean liquids or liquids containing solid particles. It is particularly applicable to chemical and petrochemical industries, oil refineries, pulp and paper mills, and sugar industry.
Conveying Medium
1. Inorganic and organic acids such as sulfuric acid, nitric acid, hydrochloric acid and phosphoric acid at various temperatures and concentrations; alkaline solutions including sodium hydroxide and sodium carbonate, as well as various salt solutions.
2. Various liquid petrochemical products, organic compounds and other corrosive raw materials and finished products.

Structural Features
Standard chemical process pump body: Adopting horizontal back pull-out design, the pump head is connected to the motor via a coupling and mounted on a base plate. The impeller is rear-split type, and the pump is equipped with three bearings. The externally mounted mechanical seal is fitted with a cooling device, and the oil level of the bearing housing can be observed through an oil sight glass. The overall structure is compact and reasonable.
Support feet are cast on the pump casing. The base support structure bears pipeline loads and transfers them directly to the foundation. This prevents bending of the pump rotor, so as to maximize the service life of bearings and mechanical seals. During maintenance, there is no need to disconnect connecting pipelines. Simply loosen the bolts between the bracket and pump casing to separate them for maintenance of the impeller and mechanical seal, which is simple and convenient.
Impeller: Closed, semi-open and fully open impellers are available. The axial force of CZ chemical centrifugal pumps is mainly balanced by back blades or balance holes, and the residual axial force is borne by bearings.
Pump Cover: It forms a seal chamber together with the seal gland. The standard chamber size is compatible with various types of seals.
Shaft Seal: Options include packing seal, single mechanical seal, double mechanical seal and tandem mechanical seal according to different working conditions.
Bearing: Lubricated with thin oil, the oil level is controlled by a constant-level oil cup to keep the bearings well lubricated.
Shaft: Protected by a shaft sleeve to avoid direct contact with corrosive media, effectively extending the service life of the shaft.
Back Pull-out Design: Maintenance can be carried out without dismantling the inlet and outlet pipelines, bringing great convenience for use.
