Product Description
DY type oil pump is horizontal single‑suction sectional multistage centrifugal pump featuring prominent advantages of high efficiency, low running noise, excellent anti‑cavitation performance, compact rational structure and long service life. It is applicable for hot water, oil products, corrosive and abrasive media as well as oil & petroleum products free of solid particles with viscosity below 120 cSt. The product is designed in accordance with industry standard JB/T1051‑93 Types and Basic Parameters of Multistage Centrifugal Pumps.

Structure Description
This pump features single-casing, single-suction, horizontal sectional construction with horizontal suction nozzle and vertically upward discharge nozzle. Details are as follows:
2.1 Stationary Assembly
Front casing, middle casing, diffuser, rear casing, bearing bracket and balance chamber cover are fastened into a whole via through tie bolts and nuts; both sides of front and rear casings are bolted onto pump base.
2.2 Rotor Assembly
Impeller, impeller spacer, balance sleeve spacer, balance disc and shaft sleeve are locked onto the main shaft with round nuts and positioned by flat keys for anti‑rotation. The full rotor is supported by bearings on both ends and coupled directly to motor via elastic pin coupling.
A tooth-shaped gasket is fitted between final-stage part and balance spacer for thermal expansion compensation; replace this gasket during every overhaul.
2.3 Balance Mechanism
Hydraulic balance disc assembly fully and automatically balances axial thrust, consisting of balance seat, balance disc, balance sleeve and balance spacer.
