COS type high-efficiency horizontal single-stage double-suction horizontal split casing centrifugal pump is a new product of the fifth generation double-suction medium-opening pump developed by our company. This series of spectrum products have a wider performance range, wider hydraulic model, reasonable and reliable structure, and more consideration of humanized factors in use and maintenance, so that users can operate and maintain quickly and easily.
Structure type
COS type high-efficiency horizontal single-stage double-suction horizontal centrifugal pump is installed horizontally. The pump casing is horizontally separated from the axis line. The upper part is the pump cover and the lower part is the pump body. The suction inlet and discharge outlet are both on the pump body below the pump axis. The center line is perpendicular to the axis. During maintenance, the pump cover can be opened and the rotor parts can be taken out without disassembling the water inlet and outlet pipelines. The shaft seal is sealed with soft packing or mechanical seal.
COS series open pump can be horizontal or vertical installation, horizontal pump drive end can be based on the needs of users in the left or right side of the pump, flange hole can be GB standard, ISO standard, DIN standard, BS: standard or ASI standard settings.
Both ends of the use of grease lubrication ball bearings, can also be used thin oil lubrication structure. The upper end of the vertical pump is a grease-lubricated ball bearing, and the lower end is a medium-lubricated silicon carbide wear-resistant sliding bearing.
According to user requirements, the pump can be rotated clockwise or counterclockwise.

COS series pumps are used in waterworks, irrigation, drainage pumping stations, power stations, industrial water supply systems, fire fighting systems, ship systems, and are also suitable for general use in the oil refining industry.
