Product Description
YW type non-clogging submerged sewage pump developed based on the QW submersible sewage pump, this pump is optimally designed to cater to diverse user requirements and operating conditions. Since its launch, it has been widely praised for its sophisticated design and reliable quality, and is selected by numerous users as an ideal substitute for imported products.
Main Applications
It is widely used for discharging heavily polluted industrial wastewater, sewage from residential areas, drainage systems of urban sewage treatment plants and civil air defense stations, water supply facilities of waterworks, sewage disposal in hospitals and hotels, municipal engineering and construction sites, supporting equipment for exploration and mines, rural biogas digesters and farmland irrigation. It is suitable for conveying sewage and fluids with solid particles, as well as clean water and corrosive media.
Operating Conditions
1. Liquid temperature: ≤ 60 ℃; Medium density: 1~1.3 kg/cm³.
2. For pumps without internal self-circulating cooling system, no more than half of the motor shall be exposed above the liquid level.
3. Cast iron version: Applicable for media with pH value ranging from 5 to 9.
4. 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel version: Suitable for all kinds of corrosive media.

Structural Features
1. Adopts unique single-vane or double-vane impeller, which greatly enhances the passage capacity. It can smoothly pass fibrous substances 5 times the pump outlet diameter and solid particles with a diameter up to 50% of the pump outlet diameter.
2. The mechanical seal is made of new type hard corrosion-resistant tungsten carbide, enabling the pump to operate continuously and safely for over 8,000 hours.
3. Compact overall structure, small size, low noise and outstanding energy-saving effect. It is easy to maintain and operates while submerged in water without requiring a dedicated pump house, which effectively cuts down construction costs.
4. A high-precision anti-interference water leakage sensor is installed in the seal oil chamber, and thermal sensors are embedded in the stator windings to provide automatic protection for the pump motor.
5. Optional fully automatic control cabinet provides protection against water leakage, electric leakage, overload and over temperature, improving the safety and reliability of the product.
6. Equipped with float switch to automatically start and stop the pump according to water level changes, realizing unattended operation and great convenience in use.
7. The WQ series can be fitted with dual-rail automatic coupling installation system upon request, facilitating installation and maintenance without the need for personnel to enter the sewage pit.
8. The motor will not be overloaded even when the pump operates across the full head range.
9. Two installation modes are available: fixed automatic coupling installation and portable free installation.
