IHF type fluorine plastic chemical centrifugal pump is a single-stage single-suction fluorine plastic alloy chemical centrifugal pump, which is designed and produced according to the national standard and combined with the processing technology of non-metallic pumps. The pump has the advantages of corrosion resistance, wear resistance, high temperature resistance, no aging, high mechanical strength, no toxin decomposition, wide temperature range, and the transmission medium temperature is -85 ℃ ~ 200 ℃. The pump is widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical, petroleum, metallurgy, electric power, electroplating, pickling, pesticide, paper and other industries in liquid transportation, wastewater treatment and acid addition process.
Structural features
The pump body is lined with polyethylene glycol propylene (F46) in a metal shell, the impeller and pump cover are all made of metal inserts and coated with fluoroplastic integral sintering and pressing molding, the shaft seal is made of externally mounted bellows mechanical seal, the static ring is made of 99.9 alumina ceramic or silicon carbide, and the moving ring is made of tetrafluoro filling material or silicon carbide. It is characterized by advanced and reasonable structure, strong corrosion resistance, tight and reliable sealing performance, stable operation, low noise and long service life.
Main use
Can transport any concentration of sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, acetic acid, hydrofluoric acid, strong alkali, strong oxidant, organic solvents and other strong corrosive media. It is one of the more advanced corrosion-resistant water pumps.
