Product Description
This equipment is applied to water injection in brine wells of brine extraction and transmission systems. The conveyed medium is salt-making wastewater containing salts such as NaCl, Na₂SO₄ and CaSO₄. The medium is generally at ambient temperature, not exceeding 50°C.
Product Overview
The DFP type self-balancing salt mine brine pump features excellent corrosion resistance and is suitable for transporting corrosive media. Developed and manufactured in compliance with API610 standard, this self-balancing stainless steel multistage pump adopts a symmetrical rotor self-balancing structure, delivering better operational stability and higher efficiency than conventional sectional multistage pumps.
It boasts a wide high-efficiency range, broad performance coverage, superior cavitation resistance, safe and stable operation, low noise, fewer wearing parts and convenient installation and maintenance.
Structural Description
The DFP type self-balancing salt mine brine pump requires no balancing device. It eliminates disc friction loss of balance discs and backflow loss of balance water, raising the pump efficiency by 5~14% compared with similar multistage pumps.
Without friction on the balance disc, the shaft power is reduced, achieving obvious energy saving. Its power consumption is about 3% lower than that of ordinary multistage pumps. In addition, it thoroughly avoids faults like wear of balance discs and balance rings or rotor seizure caused by failure of balancing devices, effectively extending the service life of the pump. Its mean time between failures is over three times that of ordinary pumps, which greatly cuts down maintenance cost and life cycle cost.
Application
For conveying solid-particle-free corrosive liquids with temperature ranging from -20℃ to 105℃.
