Product Description
SAP-type single-stage double-suction split case centrifugal pump is used for conveying medium temperature is -20 ℃ to 80 ℃, suitable for conveying all kinds of industrial water, domestic water, tap water and water conservancy projects, farmland irrigation and drainage and other purposes.
SAP-type single-stage double-suction open-type centrifugal pump is a new type of water pump modified and expanded on the basis of the advanced technology of SA-type pump absorbing and digesting the same type of water pump.
Widely used in urban water supply and drainage, power stations, industrial process system of water intake, pressure, farmland irrigation and drainage and various water conservancy projects, petrochemical projects.
Structure Description
The SAP type pump is installed horizontally, the suction inlet and the discharge outlet are both below the center line of the pump shaft, and the pump body is horizontally open. It is not necessary to remove the inlet and outlet water pipelines during maintenance.
The SLA type of the same kind is installed vertically, the suction port and the discharge port are both in the horizontal direction, and the separate surfaces of the pump body and the pump cover are vertically separated on the axis center line..
Bearing: both ends of the pump are rolling bearing support rotor parts, thin oil grease lubrication.
Shaft seal: 1, soft packing seal; 2, mechanical seal.
The double-suction sealing ring is used to reduce the water leakage of the water pump pressure chamber back to the suction chamber.
Rotation direction
From the motor end, the pump rotates counterclockwise, and can also support clockwise rotation according to user requirements.

It is used to transport clear water without solid particles or other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to water. The temperature of the transported medium is 0 ℃ ~ 80 ℃, and the maximum allowable inlet pressure is 0.6MPa.
