Gabon IS Type Horizontal Single-stage Single-suction Centrifugal Pump
Product Description
IS type horizontal single-stage single-suction centrifugal pump is designed for transporting clean water or liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clean water, with the medium temperature not exceeding 80℃.
Structural Features
It adopts horizontal installation with horizontal axial suction and vertically upward discharge port. For IY type pumps, the discharge port can be oriented rightward, leftward or upward when viewed from the suction side.
The rotor assembly can be removed for maintenance without detaching the inlet and outlet pipelines. Gland packing seal or mechanical seal is available for shaft seal selection according to operating conditions. Various materials including ordinary cast iron, wear-resistant cast iron, cast steel and cast stainless steel are optional for different working conditions.
The pump cover is fixed to the intermediate bracket via spigot joints, and clamped in place by the connection between the pump body and the intermediate bracket through spigots. The pump body features axial suction and radial discharge with foot mounting structure, which can be directly fixed on the base. The suspension component is mounted on the intermediate bracket via spigots and supported on the base by the suspension stand.During maintenance, there is no need to remove inlet & outlet pipelines, pump body or motor. Simply detach the intermediate coupling part of the extended coupling, then the rotor assembly can be pulled out for inspection and repair.

Rotation Direction
The pump is connected to the motor via flexible coupling. It rotates clockwise when viewed from the drive end.
