Product Description
High-pressure diesel-engine water pump consists of a diesel engine and a high-pressure multistage centrifugal pump. It is designed as a horizontal, single-suction and multistage centrifugal pump. Featuring high efficiency, wide performance range, safe and stable operation, low noise, long service life and easy installation & maintenance, the pump is mainly used to convey clean water or other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to water.
By changing the material of flow parts, adjusting the seal type and equipping an additional cooling system, it can also handle hot water, oil, corrosive media or liquids containing abrasive particles. The axial thrust is balanced by a balance disc. The shaft seal is normally packing seal, and mechanical seal is available upon customer requests. This product complies with the standard JB/T1051-93 Type and Basic Parameters of Multistage Clean Water Centrifugal Pumps.
Working Principle
The driver drives the impeller to rotate via the pump shaft and generates centrifugal force. Under the action of centrifugal force, liquid flows along the blade passages to the impeller outlet, and is collected by the volute casing before entering the discharge pipeline. The liquid gains energy from the impeller with increased pressure energy and velocity energy, and is delivered to the target location by such energy.
Meanwhile, a low-pressure zone is formed at the center of the impeller inlet, creating a pressure difference between the liquid in the suction tank and the impeller center. Driven by this pressure difference, liquid from the suction tank continuously flows through the suction pipeline and pump suction chamber into the impeller.

1. Ambient temperature: ≤ 50 ℃; Medium temperature: ≤ 80 ℃
2. Medium density: ≤ 1240 kg/m³
3. The liquid level must be higher than the pump suction port. Dry running without liquid is strictly prohibited.
It is widely used for mine drainage, industrial and urban water supply & drainage, pressure water supply for high-rise buildings, garden irrigation, fire pressurization, long-distance water transmission to mountainous areas, pressurized circulation of hot and cold water for heating and bathing systems, as well as supporting equipment for various facilities.
