ISW type horizontal inline centrifugal pump is Developed by our technical staff together with domestic pump experts, this pump adopts optimized hydraulic models and performance parameters of IS type centrifugal pumps. It features an ingenious structural design based on conventional vertical pumps. Derivatives for hot water, high-temperature media, corrosive chemicals and oil are also developed according to different operating temperatures and conveyed media. This series boasts high efficiency, energy saving, low noise and reliable performance.It complies with the latest national standard JB/T53058-93 issued by the Ministry of Machinery Industry, and is designed and manufactured in accordance with international standard ISO2858.
Overview
ISW horizontal inline centrifugal pump is used to convey clean water and liquids with similar physical and chemical properties. It is widely applied in industrial and urban water supply and drainage, pressurized water supply for high-rise buildings, garden irrigation, fire water pressurization, long-distance liquid transmission, HVAC refrigeration circulation, hot and cold water circulation for bathrooms and supporting equipment. The applicable medium temperature is below 80℃.
Structure Description
1. The pump is of horizontal design with identical suction and discharge port sizes and end suction structure. It can be directly installed on inlines, featuring compact layout, small footprint and low construction cost. It can be used outdoors when equipped with a protective cover.
2. The impeller is directly mounted on the extended motor shaft, resulting in short overall axial dimension and compact structure. The well-configured bearings of pump and motor effectively balance radial and axial loads generated during operation, ensuring stable running with low vibration and noise.
3. The shaft seal adopts mechanical seal or combined mechanical seal. Equipped with imported titanium alloy seal rings, medium-duty high-temperature resistant mechanical seals and hard alloy components, it delivers excellent wear resistance and greatly extends the service life of the mechanical seal.
4. Easy for installation and maintenance. There is no need to dismantle the inline system. The entire rotor assembly can be removed simply by loosening the nuts on the pump bracket.
5. The pumps can be operated in series or parallel to meet different flow rate and head requirements.
6. Vertical or horizontal installation is available to adapt to various inline layouts.
Application
ISW type vertical hot water inline pump is suitable for pressurized circulation and transmission of high-temperature boiler hot water in metallurgy, chemical, textile, wood processing, papermaking industries, as well as hotels and bath centers. It is also used for heating circulation in residential buildings, with operating temperature below 80℃.
