FY series submerged pump is a new type of pump produced by this unit on the basis of traditional corrosion-resistant submerged pumps and integrating the advanced technology of the same products of Sulzer Company of Switzerland. The pump cancels the mechanical seal commonly used in other submerged pumps and selects the impeller with unique structure, making the pump highly efficient, energy-saving, non-leakage and long service life, thus being widely used in petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, papermaking, metallurgy, sewage treatment and other industries.
Overview
FY series submerged pump is a long-axis vertical centrifugal pump. Its contact part with medium is made of cast steel or stainless steel. The submerged depth varies from 0.5 M-6M according to customer's requirements. The working part is submerged in liquid. It has wide application range and high efficiency. It can be transported without liquid filling. The axial force and radial force generated by pump operation are respectively supported by rolling bearings in the upper part of the liquid and sliding bearings under the liquid, therefore, the operation is quiet and no noise, is a set of environmental protection and energy saving high-tech products.
Structure Description
FY type is mainly composed of pump body, pump cover, impeller, shaft elastic shaft device, pipe flange, guide bearing, intermediate connecting pipe, upper and lower liquid outlet pipe, bearing frame, bottom plate and other parts. The suction port of the pump is along the axis direction, and the outlet is parallel to the axis. The rotation of the pump is clockwise when viewed from the motor end.
The vertical motor of FY series submerged pump is fastened to the motor seat with double-headed bolts, and directly connected to the pump through elastic coupling. The pump body, intermediate connecting pipe, bearing frame, liquid discharge pipe and pipe flange are connected to form a whole body and fixed on the bottom plate. The whole pump is installed on the device through the bottom plate. Other main parts of FY pump except the parts contacting the liquid, such as motor seat, bearing frame and bottom plate, are made of cast iron.
The axial force and radial force of the pump (including the water pressure generated in the pump cover, the weight of the impeller and rotor, etc.) are all supported by single row thrust roller bearings, double row radial ball bearings and sliding guide bearings installed in the bearing box. For safe and normal operation, the two rolling bearings shall be lubricated with grease. When the liquid lubricating medium delivered by the guide bearing body contains a small amount of normal particles, the guide bearing shall be lubricated by external cleaning liquid.
FY series liquid pump adopts J-type skeleton oil seal at the gap between the sealing plate and the shaft to prevent the leakage of corrosive gas. According to the viscosity of the conveying medium, the impeller is divided into closed and semi-open type, usually using closed impeller. In addition, the FY series of submerged pumps are divided into structures with intermediate guide bearings and structures without guide bearings due to the different lengths of the extender.

3, the use of a unique centrifugal double balance impeller, for the transport does not contain solid particles and other clean media, low vibration noise, high efficiency; the use of open double balance impeller, for the transport of not clean with solid particles and short fibers of the liquid, smooth operation, not blocked.

Conditions of use
1. The temperature of the conveyed medium is -20-140 ℃;
2, cast iron material pump, medium PH value in the range of 5-9;
3. For the pump with open impeller, the diameter of solid particles contained in the conveyed liquid should not exceed 30% of the diameter of the pumped population.
