Product Description
DG multistage boiler feed water pump is designed for delivering hot water below 105℃ or non-corrosive liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to water, widely used for boiler feed water in power plants, metallurgy, central heating and other industries.
This series of pumps is horizontal single-suction sectional multistage centrifugal pump adopting nationally recommended high-efficiency and energy-saving hydraulic models with leading industrial technology. It boasts high efficiency, wide performance range, safe and stable operation, low noise, long service life as well as easy installation and maintenance.

Structure Description
This pump features single-casing, single-suction horizontal sectional structure with vertical suction port and vertically upward discharge port. Detailed structure is specified below:
2.1 Stationary Assembly
Front casing, middle casing, diffuser, rear casing, bearing bracket and balance chamber cover are fastened into an integral unit via through tie bolts and nuts; both sides of front and rear casings are fixed on pump base by bolts and nuts.
2.2 Rotor Assembly
Impeller, impeller spacer, balance spacer, balance disc and shaft sleeve are locked onto the shaft with round lock nuts and secured against rotation by flat keys. The entire rotor is supported by bearings at both ends and directly connected to the motor via elastic pin coupling.
A toothed gasket is installed between the final stage and balance spacer for thermal expansion compensation and shall be replaced during each pump overhaul.
2.3 Balance Mechanism
Equipped with hydraulic balance disc assembly for full automatic axial thrust balancing, composed of balance seat, balance disc, balance sleeve and balance spacer.
